By downloading or using Lope ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Lope is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — managing your screen time through activity-based earning — and not in any way that violates applicable laws or these terms.

2. Apple Health & Screen Time

Lope requests access to Apple Health and Screen Time features on your device. You grant this access voluntarily and can revoke it at any time through iOS Settings. Lope processes this data on-device and does not transmit it externally.

3. No Guarantees

Lope is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet every expectation. Screen Time and HealthKit integrations depend on iOS APIs that may change with system updates.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Lope — including the name, logo, design, and code — is owned by Lope and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lope and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
